  : The parking was expensive while the hotel parking was empty. They should offer the parking to their guests at that time .

  : Reception is often overwelhmed especially if there are too many guests. You cannot enter the hotel without a room card so at the check in the doorman first didn't trust that we had a reservation and only after checking lists let us in.

  : Television was too small, not enough area for suitcases, shower had to be tweaked with to get it to work. Because of the restriction for driving in the area, not knowing it well enough to do pin drop, I carried my suitcases from the train station to the property

  : When you enter there is a strong scent which makes you feel comfortable. You are greeted with a glass of bubbles which is nice too. However we were 25 rooms linked to a wedding society and the hotel did 0 effort to link us or to provide some perks for this purpose. They didn't even clean the wedding sweet after make up, they could at least surprise the couple and make it nice when the comeback after the honors but nothing! This is not 5 star value! When I reach suddenly chargee extra for parking...also I did ask to stay one extra night in booking but they show zero cooperation it was like: " you booked this date and that's the non cancel package so you stick with it! ..." Again this is not 5 star behavior.Also I did book a king-size but I got two single beds, plus my room was extremely noisy and loud. There must have been one specific door at that hallway which create such a shame that it constantly woke me up in the night....not sure what it was. When I Adressed it they offered another room. The. Suddenly I could not see that room because it was not made up...then suddenly I should come see another room...it was just messy and I decided to stay...the cleaning did an extremely strange job! First of all when u enter it was dusty and the cups and glasses were dirty!!! I did some cleaning myself. Then I used some glasses for drinking...and I cut some fruits...next day all dirty glasses disappear, no replacement and the trash and food trash still on the table...my hair still on the floor....u was so confused about this. So I call and ask if I could get some glasses back? A guy came 10minutes later delivering glasses to me...guess what?! When I left to go meet the society the other day outside also came back for the evening to get change, ALL glasses were gone and trash still in the room....and my bed was made...I have experience such a weird cleaning....after day 3 somebody enter my room a d ask me to extend my day for 10% discount....
