  : The property was very clean and well decorated. Its facilities were fantastic, the little kitchen had everything you would need (except a microwave). However, the absence of a microwave did not impact our stay as we just used the stove or oven to heat things up. The property has a ski room with a heated ski boot rack. Its location is good - it is in a quiet area, away from the noise of rowdy bars but still close to the centre of Zermatt and the bus stop. The property is one of the more affordable accomodation options in Zermatt but is still of high quality. The best thing of all was the owner - she was super nice and helpful and made us feel very welcome and at home!
  : The property is quite small - perfect for one person but some may find it very small for two people. We managed ok as we are used to living in small spaces. Can't complain about anything else!

  : The location was amazing and so central to lifts, food, grocery stores, etc. The room was very clean and modern, with a fully-stocked kitchen and all the amenities listed on the website. Overall, I couldn't have been happier with the stay and preferred staying in the apartment over a hotel as I was able to cook instead of spending a fortune going out to meals in the village every day.
  : The only process I wish would have been more clear was the arrival/check-in process. I wasn't given instructions on how to get the keys to the apartment in advance, and if I didn't have international minutes on my phone I wouldn't have been able to contact the apartment manager to get let inside.

  : location and cleanliness were great. also the host was very informative and helpful.
  : we were a little cramped for space but that was mostly our fault because we were on an extended trip and had a lot of luggage.

  : We liked the balcony with the view of Matterhorn and the place was very clean and have everything we need.
  : Was little small but having every thing we need.

  : Large and very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen (there is really everything you need + a coffee machine) and bathroom (soap, good hairdryer).
  : No sun on the terrace in the afternoon/ evening, and a small source of light would be great in the middle of the room.
