  : Easy to check in. Room is clean and tidy. No air conditioning or fan, it is a bit hot in summer time. Free luggage storage service.Good location, 10 mins walk to Train Station
  : There was construction work outside the building. They started to work before 7am. It disturbed our sleep

  : The location is perfect, a few minutes walk away from the Zurich Main Train Station. The staff was friendly.
  : The shower is extremely small, I am a tiny person and still I hit the mixer quite a few times making the temperature of the water go crazy. The room we had, has an inclined wall therefore to go to that side of the room you had to be hunched over. They have a lift for suitcases, however we could not make it work.

  : The self checkin process was slow but worked well. The rooms are okay for sleeping but otherwise not inviting.
  : The neighbourhood isn't great. The hotel rooms look very basic and not inviting.

  : The location is great for an in/out stay in Zurich. We have stayed before while transitioning. Convenient and cost effective.
  : If you’re looking for staff, do not stay here. This is a complete self serve hotel.

  : Kinda cheaper than other places, I guess.
  : Terrible service and design!! They allow us to check-in until 11PM, but they closed the luggage room and luggage lift at 8PM. Luckily, we still can access the luggage room using our key cards (which they NEVER tell us), but we ended up having to carry 4 big luggage bags (each weight around 25 kg) by ourselves from the ground floor to the 4th floor USING STAIRS.And that's not all! The next morning, we came back from shopping and tried using the luggage lift, which is now open. The staff came and ordered us to bring our stuff out of the lift and he used it even though we came first. We even got everything inside the lift already. We ended up carrying everything upstairs again. And when we tried to bring the luggage down the stairs, the staff called the lift to the other floor instead even though our stuff was in there.For the rooms, well, it's small as expected. But since it's on the top floor, the ceiling is sloping down and we hit our heads several times. The bathroom is kinda bad. Shower curtains is too short, which cause the water to spill. And the light bulbs are flickering and I almost got epilepsy because of it.Easily 0/10 and will never come nor recommend this to anyone

  : Nothing really, very basic. Water pressure was great
  : The smell, cleaners should open the window after disinfecting, i had to keep the window open for a full day to air out the smell.Bed was super low, mattress was thin. Felt like sleeping in a poverty stricken country No place to put clothes.Desk and chairs were very uncomfortable Would not recommend
