  : Location, price, excellent WiFi. Check in system worked! Good quality fittings in room.
  : Second floor room with quite steep stairs and no lift. No power socket by bed. Minimalist breakfast.

  : I am a frequent traveller and this is to date, the worst hotel property I have been in. Please note this is a self check in hotel with no lift. If you are hoping to save money, suggest looking for other properties to avoid an unpleasant experience
  : 1)The walls and joints of sink, showers in the bathroom were covered extensively with molds. This poses as a health risk, I was staying in this room and I have allergies. Please find photos attached2)Bathroom tap was not working. Guest had to use kitchen tap 3) Shower head was drooping and will not hold properly when showering.4) Loud noises throughout the night from surroundings up until 2am which disrupted our sleep.In addition to these dysfunctional room issues, would like to share some feedback on staff at premise who could be more courteous. On 30 September , one of our family members forgot to bring the room tag and I called the hotel number. The staff on the line was understanding and helpful in arranging for another room tag to be dropped into the lockbox. However, upon reaching the hotel, the dropbox could not be opened and I phoned the hotel emergency line for help. The staff who was on premise came out looking disgruntled, opened the lockbox and told us that if we phone again, he would not pick up, as it is near 11pm and people needed to sleep. This is highly unprofessional and rude, not service we expect from a hotel which seemingly receive good ratings on booking.com6) We phoned booking.com and the hotel property immediately after check in and discouraging these issues. As it is a weekend, I was ask to email on Monday. I sent this along via email and booking.com message to the property and after weeks, there is nil responses from the property manager
