Disappointing

  : Cleanliness ok. Comfortable bed.
  : Manager wasn't happy with arrival just after 6pm, hadn't realised there was a cut off time. Room was on the top floor with no lift so made it hard work carrying a case up there. Bathroom was across the hall, not ensuite, hadn't realised private didn't mean ensuite. Hot and only a velux window to cool off. Room was very small and basic.

  : Good hotel in reasonable price for Luzern The location is a bit far from the centre, but a bus station right next to the hotel door will get you to town centre in few minutes. The room were spacious and very clean. The staff were excellent, especially Sammer!

  : We were very happy sleeping all together as a family of 5. We each had our bed and the covers and pillows were really comfortable. The space was used as best as possible. The location was great, moving on bus no. 1 was very easy and convenient, just at our door step.
  : We were room 30, on the last floor and carrying our luggage was a bit too much. All stairs and heavy luggage.The room at night felt a little warm. We had 2 portable fans on at all time trying to cover the 5 beds. It was not enough.

  : Positives were location. Bus stop to City outside. Buses come every 5 min to main train station. There was a great local Cafe just 5 min walk and a few restaurants also 5 min walk. Main town 5 min in bus. Room - size was good for 2 people and bathroom was large. Large open windows that were double glazed. Main beds comfortable. Pillows large and soft so had to double over. Extra pillows were available on request. Sofa bed was a double and a little uncomfortable for my 18 yr old daughter. Towels large and thicker than other Suisse hotels we hv stayed at. Reception staff and check-in process easy and friendly. Shower pressue good. Small fridge and kettle with tea/coffee provided.
  : Negatives - no air con which is expected for this rate. Standing fan provided which worked well but added some noise at night. We could have had windows open to provide more air at night but hotel is located btw two busy roads and so traffic noise at night required windows to be closed. No lift, so had to carry bags to 2nd floor up stairs.
