  : The apartment is just as presented on the booking.com site. The owner was helpful and prompt in dealing with my queries including arranging for us to have the free Geneva transport card. Excellent apartment for self catering. Very spacious and clean. Combined microwave and oven which was easy to operate. Plenty of pans, utensils and crockery. Bed was comfortable with nice bedding and pillows. Separate shower room and toilet - both excellent; plenty of thick towels. Range of toiletries available for guests. We appreciated the large bar of chocolate! Picturesque and quiet area with short walking to public transport which is always good in Geneva. The free Geneva transport card is a real asset when staying here, saving on costs. Shopping is close by; lots of cafes and restaurants. Sarah met us at the building, showed us the keys for different doors and around the apartment. Excellent wifi.
  : We knew there were some steps in the building before getting to the lift but I struggled a bit with the 9 steps inside the front door, due to painful knees. Lift was always operational.
