  : Never in my wildest dreams would we have expected this room! I could have cried! We only stayed because there was very little accommodation available anywhere else. We went on a cancellation list and did have a much better room on the 2nd night out of 3 for a small charge for which we were grateful.I knew l had booked a small double room but not the size of a dog kennel!Having to enter the room via a toilet/bathroom was unimaginable! The room & bathroom were extremely tired & worn out.The fan was only working intermittently & a potential fire risk. We reported it & were grateful it was replaced Accommodation is an important part of a trip & this really spoilt my stay. I am disgusted that booking.com had this offering and they have gone down in my estimation . I note other reviews and l am sure that a bigger room etc would have changed our feelings. The staff on the whole were good depending upon who you dealt with on the day.

  : When we arrived there was not has any receptionist have to wait more than 20 mins and then a guy resented and couldnt check any information on the computer. He couldnt find which room we stay and told us that we have to pay for the room but weve already paid via booking. We have discuss for a long time and he still wanted us to pay with any calling to other staff for confirmation. Finally, he decided to give us the room key. If he wasnt a receptionist, the hotel shouldnt let him welcome the customers.
