  : Nothing. Absolutely nothing.
  : First of all it is a big scam! Nothing like the photos! The first room they gave us had a terrible smell and was extremely dirty. It had no shower!!!! After complaining they gave us another room. Wouldnt describe it as dirty but neither clean. The bathroom was outside the room. It was supposed to be private but during the second night other people were using it and we were not informed about that!!!!They also got into our room while we were out and threw our towels on the floor without bringing us new ones!!! Now we couldnt even was our hands!!! Not to mention that the door could barely lock - extremely unsafe!!!Also the noise of the rooms around..Terrible stay!!!!!!

  : I liked the location. I dont believe the location can get better. It is in the LITERAL centre of Sofia. Also, it is very cheap.
  : This is not a clean place. I would rate 2/10 for cleanliness, since I didnt feel like the mattresses and the linens were properly cleaned. Also, it smelled weird.

  : Value for money. Very central hotel.
  : The door was not very secure and the beds were a bit small for People above 185 cm.

  : Beds were basic. Limited to two towels over 4 day stay. Room smelt of smoke.Bathroom was small and damp! Smelly in fact.

  : The location is superb.
  : It needs modernising as the decor is tired and run down.

  : Great location; you cant get any closer to Serdika metro station, which is the main crossing point of the different lines. They're happy for guests to leave their luggage there before check in/after check out. Receptionist is quite friendly.
  : Contrary to the bedroom description, there was no refrigerator. The cistern leaked some of its clean water onto the bathroom floor when the toilet was flushed. Information displayed in the bedroom suggested check out was at 12:00 rather than 11:00

  : Helpful instructions by e-mail for the check-in.
  : The smell coming out of the bathroom was awful. I was glad that I only spent one night there. It wouldn't have been possible to stay any longer.In addition, the reception was not manned and no one could be reached on the telephone number provided by the accommodation.
