  : The location is great, centar of the city. Staff is very good. The owner is very kind. We made a deal to pay addional for checking in after 21h.
  : The pictures are not the same like room. The things in the room are very old. The kitchen and bathroom are common. There is TV but it doesn't work.

  : The room was large and the location very close to the city center.
  : The room's bathroom is tiny, moldy and uncomfortable, with the sink outside in the main room. The tap itself is confusing to use, with inconsistent water temperatures. The room in general wasn't clean and had a moldy smell to it. The communication with the host was a bit furstrating and not very helpful.

  : Location was great, opposite an awesome cafe and not too far from the tram or metro. The bed was comfortable, nice old floorboards and secure door lock. Aircon used as heater made room comfortable.
  : The shower/toilet/sink are all in the same space (which is typical for Bulgaria) but this was a problem cos the water didn't drain easily, meaning you are standing in a puddle using the sink after showering. Also there was no hook to hang my towel on, so I had to lie my towel on the floor outside the bathroom. Some more hooks and counter tops in the main room would also have been nice. Hopefully these things can easily be fixed.

  : The location was excellent. The beds were comfortable. Parking outside, but only for 2 hours max and free on a Sunday.
  : Although I notified the owner of our arrival time and confirmed this via the format he requested 30 minutes before arrival there was no response and I had to call him once I was at the property. Not an issue, but then I had further emails asking when I was arriving. The lady who came to check us in was pleasant.1. Old building not well maintained. The room is dark and has an unpleasant dirty look to it. We did not use the kitchen facility as we would have to go outside to go back in through another door. It was dark and dismal in my opinion.2. Damp in the room.3. No where to hang towels, or clothes in the wet room.4. There is a lack of privacy if sharing the room as there is no where to put towel and clothes except in the bedroom. I left the room so my daughter could shower and get dressed in private.5. Towels were small and old. They were rough like sandpaper. They were not big enough to wrap around the body.6. Bed sheets were clean and the bed and pillow was comfortable. However, I do not know how old, or clean the actual pillow was as it did have an old used smell to it. The metal beds were rusty.7.There is no were to put anything in the bathroom except a small rusty shelf to put the liquid soap which was supplied.8. Hall way light shines through into the bedroom from a window above the door all night.9. Noisy. Guests coming and going in their shared bathroom in the hallway and main door slamming. Not the fault of the owner, but one guest had an hours conversation on the phone early hours of the morning which was very audible and so we had no sleep.Not for me and my daughter even though it was a great location, so we moved out after the first night and went elsewhere for the second night.I had an email from Bookings.com to say that the owner had said we had not stayed there and I have confirmed we had and paid for the 2 nights in full . I wasn't looking for money back, but maybe the owner is hoping not to get charged commission as we left.

  : The location is good, and it is possible to check in early.
  : The TV does not work, and there is no controller to open and close the air conditioning. I contacted the manager of this room, but there was no quick reply. After several days, there is a reply, saying that the TV does not work, and the air conditioning cannot be controlled by the guests.

  : The staff was lovely, spoke very little English so made it difficult to communicate.
  : Property it self was very very basic and had stains on the bed cover. The tv didnt work and was a very run down area with graffiti all over the walls outside which doesnt make it very welcoming. No shampoo in bathroom either.
