  : Good food for breakfast, clean rooms.
  : We received a different room than the one we paid for. The room was smaller and we had to share the balcony of very small size with strangers even though we paid for the room with individual balcony. The bigger problem was that we didn't have acces to the light switcher from inside of our room, so we had to stay during the night with the light from the balcony in our eyes because the neighbours kept forgetting it on. Totally unpleasant. Our friends were in the same situation, when we went to the reception to change the rooms, they only gave our friends the room they paid for but they didn't have one for us. We didn't like the way the lady from the reception handled the situation.

  : What I already wrote about what I liked. .all the rest amazing.Bansko is not able to attract enough tourism due to high prices from neighbouring EU countries. Bulgaria is a country of amazing hospitality and beautiful projects - there is no reason to have expensive ski using facilities to attract many customers.Kempinski hotel was full but the hotels in and around not and this is. A great pity. Bansko has open mind cultural landscape and needs more Youth Groups cultural artistic residences if tourism from neighbouring countries decreased in my opinion. It's a pity to see so much hospitality quiet- it has best coffee shops and art shops and in Razlog the first shopping center has opened.It's sad that there are not enough healthy food spots in comparison with last two years ... perhaps it could not be that profitable...Bansko-Sandanski local EU regional funds must be invested in both municipalities urgently to revive tourism from Southern Balkans to Bansko and ensure its profitable season to give back to local population's efforts to keep Bansko clean and open for people.There is a new UNESCO museum !
