  : The location of the property is great, very close to the centre and Christmas markets.
  : There is a constant draft in the room. We stayed at the top of the property in a room with rooftop windows and, even though the heat was on the whole time, there was no way to heat it up due to the poor insulation. I wouldn't recommend staying here during cold days.

  : Excellent central location, close to the tram stop, many markets, shops and restaurants. The area was calm and silent at night, so it has been possible to have a good relaxing sleep. The view from the window is wonderful. The communication with the staff was amazing, they have always been very responsive, available, flexible and ready to reply to any request. The room was big, comfortable, well decorated, everything was functional. I really appreciated the self check in and check out. Very satisfied of my experience.
  : In my room there was a big window on the ceiling and there was no curtain, so there was a lot of light since early in the morning and this used to wake me up every time. 3 floors of stairs and no elevator.

  : Great location right in the center and close to everything.The room has all it needs.Responsive owner
  : There is a skylight in the room we got that doesnt have curtains so it can get a bit too light early in the day.We got the 3rd floor room and the stairs are narrow specially if you have to bring up luggage as we did.We usually prefer self check in accommodations because of the convenience but in this case we didnt get any instructions until we were at the door. Also we reserved parking and didnt get the address (not in the same building but across) until we asked for it. Normally the business is supposed to be more proactive and provide convenience. Finally the owner told us the morning after we arrived that we couldnt pay through Booking.com or by card because it wasnt working (whatever that means), but we were not informed of this in advance. She asked if we could pay via bank transfer but we cant do that on our bank app. It shouldnt be assumed that all country bank work the same. When we said we couldnt scan the code and pay as she asked us to do, she basically told us that we had to figure out how to pay and let her know. How is it our responsibility when shes the one not providing the payment option through the booking site she sells the service? We ended up losing money with the ATM fee plus conversion rate, etc. She wasnt even apologetic about this inconvenience.
