  : I dont know where to start...- the staf is not helpful at all! Helpdesk but they cant help ! - dirty dirty dirty we couldn't even sleep on the bed it was awful- tv doesn't work- The couch is a big rubbish- no heating and no warm water! ( The staff couldn't resolve it)Smartflats, you will never ever see me again! The pictures arenot the reality

  : A stylish modern apartment. Well equipped modern clean kitchen. Good TV channel choices. Good bathroom and shower. Nice balcony. Very quiet. Coffee pod machine was nice.
  : We couldnt get in to the building! The digicode to the building DOES NOT WORK! The other residents of the building we met say that it has been like this for MONTHS! When we called the various numbers to try to get it sorted out they were extremely unprofessional. When I asked one person what she was going to do about it she hung up!! The only way in is via the garage lift - which we stumbled upon! People are having to hang around the entrance and hope that another resident will let them in! The listing says that there is no parking. Well there actually is. There is a parking garage in the basement with a lift directly to the apartment! Also we had asked for the sofa bed to be provided with linen - it wasnt- and the customer service agent was extremely rude and sarcastic! The towels were dodgy looking - there were a couple of dark hairs on them! Yuk! The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable to sit on - I believe it is broken - you sort of cave into it! A great apartment SO badly serviced by the staff running and servicing it.

  : They couldn't provide extra an sheet and cover for the extra duvet. And since we travelled two collegaues together we did not want to share the same double duvet and I also wanted to sleep on the couch.

  : Nothing really. The apartment wasnt clean. Toilet black and sink not running well. Chairs full with dust and door code given didnt work
  : I got stuck outside in the middle of the night when I arrived, for an hour. The phone number of the property is wrong. People arent reachable at all. The check out time is strict even given the bad time I experienced when I arrived. Not possible to leave to luggage in the concierge. You have to take them with you to your appointments.
