  : The staff were accomodating at first.
  : Missing soap in dispensers, dirty shower facilities, bed base was held up by stacked books - uncomfy and springs into back when sleeping. Lift was not working and no other option other than staircase up 5 double flights of stairs up.. unfortunately a disappointing stay despite high hopes upon booking. Dirty floors unswept. Will be requesting a partial refund.

  : The elevator to my 6th floor apartment appears to have been out of order since at least May, yet the description is clear that there is access by elevator. It also says there is a 24 hour front desk and concierge service, in fact there is no-one on site and the contact phone number is out of order. My check-in details indicated the wrong apartment number, which I had to spend 45 minutes working out for myself before I could get into the apartment and eventually have that confirmed by text message. I have been offered an insulting 10% discount. The lights did not work on the living room, bedroom or bathroom. Smartflats do not deserve to be in business, they really do not deserve to be on booking.com

  : Lift not working and we're not informed before our arrival so had to climb six flights of stairs, no bedding provided for the second bed, no lights in living area- literally could not see at night, no coffee machine..would not recommend

  : Location was good, 15min walk to Central station.
  : We had several problem with the apartment. First of all, since we arrived hours before the check-in I contacted Smartflats to see if I could leave my luggage in their storage place, they sent me to an address where they didn't want to take our luggage and the person in charge was very rude. Then they sent us to another location, were we could finally leave our luggage, we were not the only group with this problem, there were two other groups also going with many luggages from the wrong location to the correct one. Then the biggest disappointment was later when we reached the apartment which was in a 6th floor and had no working elevator, and it is not just a coincidence the elevator was broken, you can see in the photo attached the elevator has not been working since last May (four months!!). We had two +23kg luggage, three carry on, and a stroller with a baby, so it was not very comfortable to go to the 6th floor by foot. The apartment was large but it was not very clean, there was a lot of dust, old and damaged furniture, the handle of the bathroom was broken, light bulbs missing from lamps, the fridge had big blocks of ice, clearly they do not take much care of the condition of the apartment. On top of that, the day of our check in another man arrived later claiming that he had booked the same apartment as us, and he was complaining to the staff, I do not know how that situation ended up but the management seemed to be a disaster. Nothing farther from the name of this Smartflats company.

  : Good location close to the EU institutions.
  : Flat did not even remotely ressemble the pictures. Run down furniture, broken bed lights, half-broken fan, no a/c, no soap or shampoo in the shower, leaking shower. Ill not come back.

  : Elevator not working, Freezer was iced up and open, Light in the bathroom not working, TV remote not working, Livingroom lamp broken, Dishwasher not working, Toilet dirty, Noise from the ground floor Club music, No terrace.
