  : Staff were super friendly! Room was spacious and location was perfect.
  : The shower itself may as well have been non existent. The water was cold and didn't heat up whichever way it was put, and there was no shower stand to hold the shower head so always had to hold it.

  : The room was very clean, cosy. We had a very good sleep in a comfortable bed. The shower was working properly. The room view was amazing and the location was great: the subway is nearby, many nice shops around and good restaurants. Not a fancy place, but a good accomodation for a few nights. We consider the price is decent for the offer.
  : Just some things we needed: a facility for a coffee in the room, a place for soap n the shower cabin, but we managed. We used the balcony for keeping things at cold, but in the summer, a small refrigerator is a must have thing n a room.

  : It was clean, the guy in the check-in was nice (didn't see anyone when I checked out) and the room in general was alright (apart from the cold). The location is also good, which is why I booked it in the first place.
  : It was so cold the whole night. I only stayed one night, arrived around 11pm and left again at 9am. When I came into the room and got ready to sleep, I had to check and double check whether the windows were actually closed (they were), because I could feel so much cold air from them. Despite being December, the radiator was turned down all the way when I arrived, and despite turning it up to maximum it remained ice cold the whole night. In the morning I was freezing so bad I had to wear a winter jacket indoors, and I thought at least I will have a warm shower. Wrong. The water in the shower was ice cold. I had to let it run for 20 (!) minutes on maximum heat settings before it warmed up a little bit, enough that I felt like I could get in (I did have to shower after all, and couldn't wait any longer) but it was still so cold that I was shivering the whole time. Will unfortunately not be returning due to these issues. Everything else seemed fine, so it's a shame.
