  : area is ok and decent, near subway
  : the aparhotel room was super dirty, still with the garbage of the previous tenant in the bin. kitchen was disgusting and there was no electricity downstairs. no one came for the cleaning.

  : Location is good. Very convenient to access city centre by metro lines, while there is a huge park nearby.
  : The room was dusty, and facilities are not in good shape. Refurbishment needs to be done.

  : Location. Metro was just opposite the hotel.
  : Everything else. It was FILTHY! I travel alot for leisure and business. But by far, this is the worst I have stayed. Sheets, pillows, carpet curtains were just FILTHY! A hostel bed would have been much cleaner. See pictures.

  : Very good location. Practical apartment. Had all we needed for a three night stay waiting to move into our new house. Yes - its a bit dated and furniture has some minor stains, but the apartment was clean and everything worked as it should. We were on the first floor and as an added bonus we had a small balcony by the fire stairs. We had a few questions before moving in and staff was very helpful both by phone and email. I was a bit worried because of reviews but we were very happy with our stay.

  : The location suited our needs very well. We knew the area having lived in Brussels for many years.
  : The curtains in the apartment were absolutely filthy!! Although the bathroom and toilet were clean enough, the whole apartment felt in need of a deep clean, several surfaces were dirty. We had a very unpleasant experience with the lift. It was not working on the morning of the 21st, but was "fixed" by lunchtime. However, on our return to the building late Friday evening, we were met by police and pompiers trying to free people who were trapped in the lift. We are both in our seventies and could not have walked up 5 flights of stairs. The engineer did arrive and "fixed" the lift again, and we finally got back into the apartment just before midnight. This all made for an anxious time and we were nervous about using the lift, but had no choice. We would think twice about booking the apartment again, due to the issues we experienced, which is a pity as we shall be returning to Brussels but may look at alternative accommodation.
