  : The rooms we booked were very clean, the staff was very nice and brought fresh towels etc every day. The hotel is right in the center of sarajevo and you can reach everything easily by foot.

  : Excellent location directly opposite Franz Ferdinand assassination point. Easy walking distance around all of of town area. Clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Booked a tour through company downstairs.
  : Would have preferred room on 1st floor with windows (rather than sky lights). Coffee and tea facilities could be improved with actual coffee and tea bags, and sugar.

  : The location is my favorite thing about this place as it is a walking distance from the city center, in fact its super close. Lots of attractions just outside the property.The room size is okay for 1 person. There is a safe in the room. The toilet space is big. The important amenities are available in the room. There is free wifi. The host was super helpful, and took good care of me. They let me store my bag after checkout for few hours. The front desk is not 24 hours so you need to update them on your time of arrival so they arrange the check in for you.
  : The cleanliness could be improved. A bit noisy at night as my room was on the first floor.
