  : The hotel is located in a strategic area ( old city and strategic historical places .The staff .are friendly and very cooperative. Good communication and speaking English. The hotel has modern furniture and good midern decor The hotel is very clean and the bathroom is well decorated, in my opinion .The bathroom has cleaning water shataf ( )Housekeeping is provided by ladies making it more comfortable to deal with .The hotel is undergoing renovation and expansion as informed by the receptionist.

However, in the receptionist area, good The room is mall roomThechotelc is not sautable for people with wheelchair l There is no lounge. however, there is one sofa and one armchair to stay ..Check out time is 11 am .. Most 4 star hotels check out time is 12pm . I was not aware until the receptionist talked to us .Bedl linen are extremely old, and towels are harsh because they are too old and overused.Billows are not comfortable because they are low quality and old ..No complementary water is provided to guests upon arrival . Water is charged. Breakfast is limited. Only American breakfast is provided . The air conditioner in the room is fair . I don't know in very hot weather how it looks likec

  : Great sized room in the perfect location for exploring. The breakfast was tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
  : Due to the shape of the windows the curtains couldn't fully close so it was bright in the mornings and lacked a little privacy.

  : There is no sound isolation, tramway sound is very disturbing. You cannot close the curtains fully as the windows are big and shapeless, lack of privacy.
