  : Private room with a private bathroom for the price of hostel dorm rooms. Kitchen was sufficient. Internet coverage was good. Rooms have a table, a chair and a wardrobe. I was given a total of 4 towels. Very close to the old town. It's on the quiter side of town.
  : Staff knew the day and time of my arrival. But there was noone at reception. I was stuck waiting outside for them to arrive. I waited for about 30 minutes. Even though notice on the door said in September they start working at 9.00am staff came at 10.30am (it said work hours start at 10am on the weekends, I arrived on the weekend) . Staff apologised but also continued to defend themselves saying everyone can be late sometimes. My room was very dirty, there was hair everywhere in the bathroom, even in the sink. There was never anyone at the reception. If someone is there they work at times when a guest is naturally outside exploring the city. If i ran out of toilet paper there would be noone for me to ask for assistance. Window can't be fully opened. Ac didn't work. It was on the cold side and they had given me only a thin sheet to cover myself while sleeping and again there was noone to ask for assitance regarding this.

  : A very pleasant place with a small but comfortable room with a private bathroom. And that cute little refrigerator! I would be happy to stay longer. It was clean, comfortable, close to the Old Bridge, stores, cafes and bakeries, about 20 minutes walk to the bus and train station. Very friendly staff.
  : This is not a complaint, but if there had been a kettle in the room, I would have had everything I needed there already.

  : The location is very good, close to the old town.
  : The place wasnt clean (especially sheets on the bed and towels) and smelled like cigarettes. There is a water heater which is so small that even if you are taken a short shower, you will finish it with cold water.

  : Fantastic staff and excellent location. Best value for money in Mostar.I asked for an early check-in and this was provided without issues.
  : The furniture of my room was a bit old but not a big problem at the end.
