  : The hotel staff is fantastic, polite and friendly. The restaurant is excellent, the food is delicious and a good value for the money. It is really close to the city center so great location with parking lot included.
  : Air conditioning was central so we couldn't control the temperature - it was 24 degrees celcius at night which wasn't pleasant after a hot day. Also, there was space for a minibar but there was none. Breakfast was very disappointing. Super small room, very limited options, no coffee machine and the yogurt and similar were at room temperature.

  : nothing, couldn't wait to get out of there
  : 1. the bathroom had such a foul sewage smell we avoided using it (brushing teeth outside, holding breath to use toilet, skipping shower) and kept the door closed and our room window open; I suggested switching rooms, husband said it was a sewage issue and a different room wouldn't help 2. we booked a Deluxe room to get a little extra space, they gave us a regular room and din't care when I mentioned it during check-out (we didn't even try to argue, just wanted to get out of there) 3. the room is small, but more importantly to us, not clean; we stayed out as much as we could 4. the service, what little interaction we had with the staff, was indifferent: the hotel has a restaurant which looks quite nice and busy all the time, that seems to be their main business/priority - there's no separate hotel reception, when we arrived to check-in, no one wanted to help us (3 waitstaff/bartender saw and ignored us, one finally came over later and gave us a key and room number); same thing happened when we tried to check-out, waited for maybe 10 minutes while all the wait/bar staff ignored us before someone finally came and checked us out 5. just FYI, hotel breakfast is not served in the restaurant, they set-up some food in a small room, I assume they don't refresh/refill either, not much selection and tasted like food that's been left out for a while P.S. I feel bad for leaving such a negative review, but really want to help other travellers since we certainly feel duped by the high ratings (other reviewers are so kind)

  : Very nice hotel and restaurant as well. Room was very clean, despite a sewage smell in one day... but no problem at all. The location is superb, in a quiet neighborhood. Very kind staff.
