  : Nice stay perfectly located in the center of Banja Luka. The owner sent us a text beforehand that we had to contact him half an hour before our arrival but we completely forgot. First we didn't find the appartment but with the help of wifi from the local travel agency we contacted the owner who was really fast near us. He was really nice and helpfull. The appartment is big and has everything you need including a roof terrace which we really enjoyed. Would recommend this place!

  : The apartment is located very centrally and has a great view from its terrace. It's quiet, there are plenty of restaurants and bars around and to explore Banja Luka it's a pretty ideal location. Also the host is super nice and welcoming and although the apartment is located in an old building with old furniture, it does have a certain amount of charme about it. You can also tell that it has been looked after with a fresh coat of paint on the walls and the wifi was really good!
  : At the time of booking the apartment had a score of 9.1. Having used booking a lot I find it hard to understand this rating. The apartment and all the furniture is quite old and have seen a lot of use and it shows. That alone would not necessarily be a big thing, but there were a few other issues as well: - The AC is a very old unit that probably needs some maintenance as it barely manages to put out some cool air but is way too weak to really cool down the room it is in, let alone the bedroom next door. - The apartment is located on the top floor of the building so it gets a lot of direct sunlight and in summer the apartment is HOT! - The bed sheets were fully synthetic and really didn't feel very nice. They also stick to sweaty skin, which unfortnately happened to us all night. Cotton sheets would have been a real upgrade here... - It could have been cleaner. The carpet in the bedroom had lots of hair from previous visitors on it and it clearly wasn't vacumed beside the bed. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless though! I wanted to give this property an 8 but overall unfortunately our overall experience was not that good. There are some easy improvements to be had for the future though!

  : The apartment should be adapted, but for a short stay you won't mind the decoration. There are enough towels, there is an iron, cosmetics, toilet paper, spices, coffee...

  : amazing views from the rooftop terrace. great location, just outside the centre, easy to walk everywhere. lively location with plenty of bars, restaurants etc close by, as well as a small supermarket.
  : the parking was difficult. we had a free space next to the apartment on the 1st night, but we had been blocked in by the morning & were later unable to get close parking spaces. we found free parking about 10 minutes walk away. the toilet space is very narrow - it might be difficult for anyone who is large.
