  : - Central location, cafes right next to the hotel - Quite modern rooms - Breakfast available
  : - We had cold water for the first two days, then absolutely hot water and were unable to shower. We got transferred to a new room where later in the day there was cold water again. When we wanted to shower at 11 PM, we got a key to a room to shower, which was cold. Then we got 4 more keys to other rooms, of which 3 were cold. At midnight, finally I was able to shower. I asked for compensation but giving us 5 keys was their solution, this is not a 4-star hotel. - If you call the reception from the room and you speak English, they just hang up on you. - Receptionists speak poor English, had to solve problems through Google Translate. I don't expect every Bosnian to speak English, but if you market yourself as a 4-star hotel and work in hospitality, there are some expectations - Breakfast was not good, just continental with not a lot of choice. Only cheese, meat and a few slices of bread with acidic coffee - Construction works next to the hotel, which means noise early in the morning

  : Hotel has very good location as all main attractions of Banja Luka are within walking distance. Breakfast is ok and fulfills all basic needs. Taxi can take you in front of the hotel and be aware as airport is quite far it takes approx. 30min. and 25 EUR to reach there. Generally good experience!
  : If you want good coffee is better to buy it from the restaurant. There are construction works around the hotel but its not a problem

  : Person who worked night shift was very helpful.
  : Cleanliness. Hair on the room floor, hair in the shower. Long, black hair there is no chance person who checked the room missed it. Unless room was not inspected after cleaning at all.

  : Room was not clean. Air Conditioner/Heater was hardly working, Must have been 15 years old. Dust all over the room. Bed is very old and used. Shower door not functioning.
