: Location was in the middle of town close to museums,transportation and shopping. The host also ensure we had extra items in the property, including soaps etc.
: It would have been nice to have a sofa to sit on instead of chairs.

: Everything. The apartment at Esslinggasse 9 was exactly as the photos show. Very spacious and comfortable and so convenient. It was very clean. Bed was comfortable although not a fan of the pillows. Also a toaster and a small microwave would have been useful but still ok without. Otherwise it had everything we needed. The manager Roman was helpful and very contactable and it was a lovely touch to have chocolates, wine and drinks left for us. Would very highly recommend. We were sorry to leave. Stayed 8 nights
: A few stains on the couch. It could use a clean. A strip along the top of the step down to the kitchen and again to the bathroom to indicate where they were would be a good safety thing

: The location was well placed for getting in and around central Vienna. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped also.
: The kitchen needed a microwave and the main double bedroom air-conditioning was not working.
