  : The apartment was lovely, comfortable and very spacious. It is beautifully quiet, peaceful. All the rooms including the bathroom were large and very comfortable, the bed was also large and comfortable. There is a wonderful bathtub.The curtains and furnishings were very attractive. The location was excellent, a short stroll to St Stephen's Cathedral, or to the Danube canal, with lots of dining and drinking options near by on the street itself. You could spend a week on this street alone and be very happy. The close by Gourmet Spar is an excellent store. The Abieshomes staff were available always friendly responsive and helpful.
  : Nothing we did not like, but felt the apartment might have benefitted from some colourful prints or wall hangings, while the wallpaper was very attractive. The water in the shower was at first barely warm, but the heating needs to be turned on and up for hot water. You need to take extra care booking as it is perhaps easy to think you are getting the very beautiful apartment with lots of gold, Klimpt prints on the walls, and the fabulous skylight, which figures prominently in the pictures. "Buyer beware" as they say, I think you would need to specifically ask for that apartment if you want it. But we were very happy nonetheless with our lovely apartment, and enjoyed our time in Vienna immensely, it is a very beautiful City.

  : wi-fi did not work. blinds and window openningdid not work. As a property on the roof blinds and window are very important. since i stayed only one night, lack of wi-fi and poorly functioning blinds/window was not a big problem for me. the apartment was very clean and nicely attended.

  : - Shutters and windows did not work- Book with information was out of date. - Water spilling out of the shower way too easily- TV software not updated- Very few kitchen utensils - Charge 39 euros if you wish the place to be clean up (although they call themselves serviced apartments)-They request a 1000 euros deposit - They ask you to send personal data (IDs and bank details) via whatsapp or email without encryption or security. - Late checkout 20 euros x hour after 11 but full night cost if you leave after 14:00We mentioned the windows issue on the very first 15 min of arriving at the property. They offered to change rooms the day after but this was very inconvenient for us so asked for another solution, they allowed us a late checkout at no cost (we assumed they would not rent the place without any ventilation the day we were leaving). The day we left housekeeping was not informed of out late checkout and enter the apartment rudely without asking for permission to leave things in.Overall not a great experience for the price we paid

  : perfect location. you can walk to lots of places and there are many options for public transportation in close proximity.the apartment is spacious and equipped with pretty much everything you need. very quite.
  : the rugs are horrible they leave gray fluffy things on your feet and socks.
