  : This was a beautifully upgraded apartment, while still maintaining the original architectural style. Everything is on one floor which made it very convenient and user friendly. Great facilities. Nice kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. One bathroom with shower tub combo, sink and toilet. Bathroom #2, sink and shower, no toilet. Bathroom #3 just a toilet. This arrangement worked really well with 7 adults. 3 nice sized bedrooms and a large living space. Plenty of outlets. Each room has it's on LG ductless A/C system which is fantastic. Bath and hand towels were of good size. Bedding was excellent. Each room had some form of storage cabinetsGreat location, about 2 blocks from pedestrian only area close to St. Stefan's Church. Same for the UBahn. I could actually live in this apartment.We have stayed in very nice apartments in Venice, Trieste and Sydney Harbour district. This apartment is by far everyone's favorite.
  : Meeting up with the person to let us in was a real problem. We had pre-arranged the time to meet, and we actually arrived on time. The phone numbers provided did not immediately connect us with anyone at all. It turns out that the person was already inside. How are we supposed to know that? One of the numbers called had a message in German. Apparently, it was telling the caller to wait. I did wait a couple of minutes and hung up. After staying 4 nights, we went to Budapest, and returned for a second stay here. I made it very clear in my emails that I needed an actual working contact number, which they supplied. It all worked out via texting and calling (purchased a SIM card in at S3 shop in the cathedral square). iPhones better be unlocked several weeks prior to travel. No problems with TMobile Samsung 9 phones. One evening, we had a knock on our door, and it was a family arriving to stay next door. They had the same problem we had contacting them, If we weren't there with the updated contact info, they would have been SOL.My other complaints are not as severe. It would be nice to have additional trash cans in the rooms and living space, not just in the kitchen or bathrooms. Location and direction of the nearest store to purchase toilet paper and facial tissue, as the number of rolls supplied will not last long with 7 adults. Also, to buy drinks and snacks etc. The refrigerator was quite large by European standards. Facial tissue boxes are not supplied. The soap bars are about 1 inch square and shampoo bottles are about 1 inch tall. Washing machine and drying rack are great, but detergent for washing clothes is not supplied.In the shower, there are no shelves or hanging rack to hold soap or anything else. A rack would be really nice. Bar of soap ended up on the floor.

  : The hosts! Arrived and the apt hadn’t been cleaned from previous check out, initially they wanted us to wait while they cleaned which we refused. Finally they gave us a different apt, spent over an hour discussing this with them. The apartment we did stay in was lovely and the location is very central. They would not give us a later check out for the inconvenience. I’m sure this does not happen very often, I don’t feel they handled the situation as well as they could.

  : The location was great, the apartment was beautiful & spacious.
  : The owners/management were not helpful at all, WiFi & TV were not working due to unpaid bills. Once we told them about the issue it was not looked at & treated very unprofessionally by just not replying to our follow up messages & calls. So our entire stay there we had no WiFi. Will NEVER stay there again, even though the location & the apartment itself were great, our all in all stay however was not that great!

  : We felt we had to emphasize the importance of confirming early check-in prior to our arrival to Vienna airport. We did not mind paying the 30 Euros for early check-in but we don't think it is a good business practice. Good customer service should always aim to please customers. It set a negative first impression (even prior to our arrival).

  : Agent arrived 30min late to deliver the keys. He did not know on which floor the apartment was and had to search for it first. Central heating was not working and he did not know how to work the controls. Neither did he know what wifi router and password to use. Don’t know why you pay a deposit for cleaning as the previous occupant paid for nothing. All cutlery and crockery was filthy. Not even the dustbins in kitchen and bathrooms were cleaned. Vienna is such a lovely place but in future I will make use of Hotels again. I will recommend that tourists stay away from this establishment
