  : The location is excellent, in the center, near the metro stop. The room is large and comfortable, very clean. It's pretty quiet, despite the old windows. The breakfast was quite plentiful and with a variety of choices, although there is no breakfast room but you bring it to your bedroom.
  : You cannot throw toilet paper down the toilet, a disturbing message warns that in case of obstruction the fine is 200. I found this very unpleasant. I think for the price you pay, the toilet flush could be more efficient. It is difficult to get complete darkness in the room because the large curtains do not close completely, so I woke up earlier than desired.

  : Fantastic location - close to restaurants, shops, St Stephen's Cathedral and main square. Not far from the tourist info office, Hofburg Palace is only an 8 minute walk away and the larger palace a short uber journey away. Also close to the metros. Out of other people in Vienna I met, I don't think you can get any closer, especially for such value for money considering the location. Check in after midday was easy, I was a little nervous but I got the Whatsapp instructions the day before and any question I had late in the evening or before my flight in the morning was answered within seconds - no exaggeration. I was able to get the key out of the key box and the instructional videos were exactly what I needed, the visuals helped. I didn't actually see the staff during my stay as I was doing day trips out that departed at 730 each day - so thank you for being so responsive, we live in a remote working world and perhaps will be the future one day! I felt like if I had any challenges they would have been there or come out to help no problem. Pillows were comfortable and nice big roomy bathroom. Safe in room to keep your things in, and wardrobes. Good hairdryer in bathroom, no need to bring your own. Kettle, cups and tea in room. Nice table at the end of the bed so suitable for working if you aren't on holiday. Feels very secure with the key safes, closed doors and key fob access to the hotel and feels more homely & personal than like a hotel, which as a female traveller travelling solo was a really nice feel. Rooms are very true to photos.
  : Towels could do with a refresh, going a little hard. The key safe to retrieve the key is a little high if you're 5ft2 or under, I had to stand on my toes :-)

  : Nearly everything about this place is very good. The location in particular is very hard to beat!
  : Very tricky shower to get a comfortable temperature. For people looking for a breakfast with lots of options, this one is a bit more limited, although the basics are all there, including hot bread!

  : The breakfast was satisfying with not much variety but it was ok. The location is excellent (next to Stephansplatz) right in the heart of Vienna. The room was very clean and warm, sunny in the morning and quiet at night!
  : The room is small and mostly occupied by the bathroom which is really big in comparison to the room, thus it is hard to fit two people, 2 hand-lagguges and 1 big luggage.
