: nice location
: Customer service was bad. I booked a parking place in advance but when I arrived it was not available at the time. I was told to wait for a call and that they will try to arrange one for me but no one called for three days and they left me without any help. Parking in Vienna is not the easiest, there are a lot of rules and You cant park everywhere.

: The room size is ok
: Cleanness: the sheets and covers are pretty dirty. Animal Fee: 30 Euro per night. Without any room service this is too expensive. More than a half of the room price. Staffs service: impossible to reach out to the staffs via phones or email.

: The location was spot on for us & the surrounding public transport was very convenient. The apartment was well catered for. The terrace was a nice surprise. In general, quite a comfortable stay. Bonus point is the quietness of the apartment. It's surprising - you nearly wouldn't believe you're in a city - this was great! And the residents are all really friendly. :)
: The bed is a sofa bed. You'll have to make it yourself & put sheets on etc....Although, it is very simple to assemble & extremely comfortable. But it was a shock to see no bed in the first instance - this part was not entirely clear on the 'booking.com' website. Toilet rolls are not really in abundance - 2 rolls for 3 days for 2 people? But of course, bring your own or buy some extra. Wardrobe hanging rail is much too high - my wife isn't short, around 170 cm & she couldn't reach the hangers. No worries for anyone over 180 cm. Garden was over-grown - was a shame considering there is a terrace - we couldn't really sit outside - vegetation too thick. Car park is dicey on driving out. The bending to drive up is really tight & you have to extra careful not to gash your paintwork! If you have a small car, probably no worries - but we have a Caddy, it was really tricky, But all in all, the property was worth staying in. :)

: Neighborhood was nice and quiet with good proximity of tram stop. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was really good for a long stay. Nevertheless, some of the kitchen utensils were dirty at my arrival day.
: There was a mold in the bathroom, but they were trying to get rid of it. Well, it was during my stay and communication was not ideal.
