  : The room was on the small side. As an example, to use the bathroom sink, I had to maneuver to close the door, which was the only way to use the sink. A minor inconvenience

  : The staff were friendly and were very accommodating when I asked for an extra pillow. Also when I asked for a bath towel on one of the nights (the cleaner had just forgotten to replace the previous one) they not only got me a towel but gave me a free drink to say sorry - this wasn't necessary but much appreciated, thank you!The room was a good size for a single with plenty of storage space for clothes, as well as a bedside table/cabinet and a desk with a chair. The window could be either partially or fully opened to allow fresh air in.Breakfast had a decent selection of food and drink options.The hotel was a short walk away from public transport stops, meaning it was easy to get to/from for our excursions and travelling to/from the airport. There are also some cafs etc nearby too meaning food isn't too far away.Overall a good budget option.
  : The pillow that was initially provided in the room was quite flat, although this was rectified by the additional firmer pillow they gave me when I requested an extra one. There is no air conditioning in the room, meaning you need to keep the window at least partially open to keep it cool. Generally this isn't an issue, but on some nights it was still a bit warm and/or the noise from the caf across the street was a bit noisy and kept me awake.I found it a little odd that there is a desk but the nearest socket/outlet is on the opposite side of the room, which made charging my laptop a bit difficult.On the final night of our stay I heard a strange high pitched humming sound which, as far as I could tell, seemed to be coming from the wall? This was around 1.30/2am and I had to play my sleep app extra loudly in an attempt to drown out the noise. (With the early start that morning I was very tired and forgot to mention this when checking out)

  : Breakfast was alright.
  : The bed vas very uncomfortable, it makes strange noises when you move. The worst bed experience I have ever seen in a hotel! Also, the hotel staff makes a lot noise in the mornings, probably when preparing the breakfast.

  : Hotel close to the center. Easy access by tram. There's a supermarket nearby. Rooms nice and clean, comfortable beds. Tasty breakfast.
