  : The pictures of the hotel were not accurate. It mustve been rebranded because the room didnt look anything remotely close to the pictures. Originally the host gave us a room key to a room that was occupied! We opened the door and saw luggage thank god nobody appeared to be in there. Upon returning to front desk we were given the smallest room with slanted roof which was a challenge not to hit your head on. It was absolutely tiny and I could barely open my suitcase without hitting a wall on each side. It was an utter disappointment, especially at the steep price point. Lastly, upon arrival in the room which was more like attic storage, there was female hair throughout, leading me to believe that it wasnt cleaned recently. I will not return. We thought we had reserved an upscale hotel and were very upset by what we received.

  : Location was perfect- in the inner city in touristic zone, but the street was very quiet during the night. The hotel room was nice, clean and big enough, beds were comfortable (I had room on 1st floor). I appreciate that toilette was in separate room than bathroom (the entrance to toilette was from bathroom).
  : When I arrived, the stuff on reception was engaged in conversation between each other and they ignored me for some while. The guy on reception was very kind, but the lady who changed him next day was not kind at all. Very reserved, no smile. At our departure she even didnt ask how was our stay, what is usual in other hotels.

  : Centrally located, easy walk to main attractions. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Liked the Mozart touches around the hotel and loved the piano themed bed head board. Competitively priced rates.
  : Only one lift so when busy had to use the stairs, but good exercise :-)

  : I choose this hotel because it's just a little more quiet than being in the middle of the happenings but yet close enough to Stephansplatz and other historical sight-seeings. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially the young guy who is always smiling. Feel very welcomed at the reception. They also helped me order a mini van to the airport.
  : No contact made before the stay. I needed assistance in getting transportation to their place since we didn't arrive from the airport. We reserved 3 rooms, double occupancy each and they only give out 1 pair of disposable slippers in each room. I feel they can be more thoughtful about that since they know before arrival that there will be multiple people in each room. The rooms are a bit outdated, so could use some renovation.

  : Location is perfect. Walking distance to many sites and upscale central neighborhoods to drink, eat and shop should you wish. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel is on a quiet road off the main roads which is pleasant. Room was perfect: neutral colours and cozy.
  : Bathroom itself not meticulously cleaned before but overall fine. No extra hotel facilities. Room phone not working. Minor - still enjoyed stay without issues.

  : I had a great stay here. I was in the smaller twin room but it was more than enough and very cozy. The place is clean, safe, and in a great location. The front desk staff were extremely nice. I would definitely stay again!
