  : The location was fantastic. The apartment was quiet and clean.
  : The manager did not provide Wi-Fi password. The manager did not appear. The manager did not describe how to enter the apartment building or what the apartment number was or how to get to the apartment once in the building. There was no air-conditioning.

  : The location was excellent and it was nice to have some space for our 9 day stay.
  : There was not enough toilet paper for our stay and there was no washing powder for the washing machine, nor coffee pods for the coffee machine. The instructions to get into the apartment did not make it clear that there were two gates, each requiring a code to enter. We should also have been told that if the code did not work after 6 seconds that we should try again. Keyless entry was very good and convenient. Late check in was a little bit of a nuisance and some arrangement should be made with a local cafe or shop to have them store luggage for an hour or so if you arrived before 4pm as we did.

  : Toilet was horrible, washing machine smelled bad, they left hand soap as shampoo/body wash. They gave us a soft key that ended up breaking and wants to overcharge me for it. Bells ring loud at 7am Everyday.

  : The location is amazing, right in the city centre. If you're ready to trade comfort in the apartment for walking distance to most of the important locations, this is the perfect apartment. Opera House, Albertina, Hofburg, Hofreitschule are within 5min walking distance.
  : The apartment is empty. There is no shampoo/shower gel, no coffee, no extras. The hot water in the shower is broken and the temperature will change randomly between freezing cold and steaming hot. If you're not careful, this can be dangerous. There is no way to connect your phone or Laptop to the TV or use your own accounts for Netflix etc. There is no TV broadcast, only streaming. The interior is not very comfortable and the inertior design makes no sense... There is a mirror where the TV should be and the TV is in the corner of the room. The toilet smells of sewage, because a maintenance door doesn't close properly. There are ants in the apartment. There is no German speaking support and no Austrian owner, which makes communication harder (support seems not to be an English native either) and makes me feel like there would not be any local assistance if needed.

  : The location was amazing! Close to everything we wanted to see. We managed to get around mostly on foot and when we needed to use transport, the buses/metro stations were conveniently located. The apartment was very clean.
  : There could have been simple things like coffee/tea and some simple snacks provided. We arrived late and all of the supermarkets in the vicinity were closed at this time, so we had to find a restaurant that would take us without reservation, which proved to be challenging.
