  : The management team was quick to respond to messages. The location is convenient to U6 several trams and stores, etc. This apartment could be very nice with a little effort. Invest in some decent lighting, comfortable chairs/couches, mattresses and basic necessities like garbage bags, dishtowels, etc. That would be much more useful than the fancy wallpaper and fake flowers. Sady all the effort here was put into taking good photos, not making it a comfortable place to stay.
  : There is nothing elegant about this apartment. First impressions mean a lot. When we arrived there was a note on the locked bathroom stating it was out of order, leaving the only working toiletAn ensuite. I called immediately and it was repaired the next afternoon, thank goodness. Very poorly equipped for a 12 night stay. Only one rubbish bin in the entire place. No replacement bags, only one liquid soap dispenser, just a few dishwasher pods. No dishtowels or pot holders. There was a disgusting sponge and rag left on the sink. It was so gross I felt l needed to wash all the dishes again before using them. There are issues with the hot water, only enough for 1 shower in the morning and completely ran out the next to last day we were there. No cleaning supplies, not even a broom. Minimal furniture and none of it comfortable. Most of the lamps were broken in some way. Only one key to the entry, other option is to call a number to buzz in, which was international long distance for me. The entry was dark and dirty. There were no instructions for disposal of garbage or recycle and no recycle bins. Before checking in we were provided email telling us since there were only 2 of us only one room would be made up. I informed the manager that we needed 2 rooms for 1 person each. They confirmed, but only one room was made up when we arrived. The curtains were filthy and undone from the rods in several spots. The shower was moldy. I would have cleaned it myself if there had been supplies.The apartment is very dark, especially the back bedroom. The front room is noisy on friday nights as you can hear people on the street late at night coming home from the pubs. Sounds like students live upstairs.

  : The space was fine and location was convenient.
  : Some advice. If youre one person staying there tell them there will be at least two otherwise they dont provide linen or covers for one of the beds. Then if you ask them to sort it they try to charge you 30. There is no one associated with the property even in Vienna so be warned. Also everything was completely empty. No coffee or even pods, no simple things like sugar, salt pepper.nothing. There are little shops around but it still wasnt too good not to have even the bare bones that you would get in a hotel.a pod or two of coffee for example.
