  : The location is really excellent and the room even if could be improved is a value for money for this area
  : The room was not ready by the time they have told us, there weren't any lights in the entrance so it was very difficult to open the door in total blindness... We mentioned that, they didn't fix it The refrigerator stop working for some hours and we have to throw our food, we also mentioned that, nothing happened, not even a reply... Small blankets and not enough ,the small corridor of the studio had a smell of the downstairs restaurant, we had to keep closed the door

  : The location is absolutely fantastic- a stone’s throw from Stephensplatz right in the centre of Vienna, with attractions, bars, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep, yet not noisy.The entrance hall is very grand- very height of 19th century. The apartments are on the 3rd floor, so we were very glad of the lift. The flat itself was a tiny bit shabby ( chic?) but clean, warm and comfortable.The kitchenette was small, but everything worked fine.Loved the big reproduction of Klimt’s Kiss above the bed!Although the apartments on Schullerstrasse do not have a concierge, the Pension Lerner ( the twin establishment, a 5-10 minute walk) does, and we were able to leave our luggage with them the morning of our flight, so as to enjoy our last day to the full. Veronica was lovely. Recommended.
  : A couple of comfy armchairs, or a small sofa would have been good- but possibly not enough room, and the bed was comfortable to sit up on.

  : The apartment is in a very nice building with great location. The room is very comfortable and quite big, containing all kitchen utensils you may need. The heating was quite well (except maybe the bathroom which was a bit cold).
  : If you are planning to arrive before the check-in hours, it's not possible to drop off your luggage at the apt. Instead, the owners ask you to go to their pension (which is more than a kilometer away from the apartment), and they are there only during working hours. As our flights were very early in the morning, we encountered difficulties both during check-in and check-out. The wi-fi quality was relatively poor.

  : it need to take few steps to take lift (half floor from ground to lift, another half floor from lift to room), which is not friendly for those with large suitcase
