  : Great location, has the train station close by and parking for 8 EUR a day. Very spacious, suitable for families. Has AC in the bedrooms. The building has an elevator. Looks recently renovated.
  : The place has high ceilings, so there is an echo. No dishwasher. We had a problem with the hot water, the owner was helpful in resolving the issue but it did take an hour until we had hot water, unfortunately the kids were already ready to take a bath and we had to postpone their routine.

  : The flat was very convenient, ideally located between the Prater and the metro station to the center. Very practical to go to the airport also. We got the keys very easily. Thank you !
  : It could be good to change the towels and especially the bathroom carpet (quite torn...)

  : I was travelling with my boyfriend and i will start with telling you about the Host, he is very aggressive,he threatened us, he told us that we will not receive the deposit 100 back if we will not write a 10/10 review.We have a video with this conversation but unfortunately here on booking you cant post videos, only photos. But we have sent the video to booking customer service.The apartment have an enormous camera in front of the door, and the door doesnt open with a key, it is a button, so everytime you want to open the door you have to press the button and he will see how you enter or leave the apartment. Additionally we found out from other reviews that he has a recording device in the apartment related to the noise level which is not mentioned anywhere on booking.All of this is above privacy limits.The last day he even disconnected the button, and he personally was opening the door remote.He threatened us that he will not let us in the apartment if we dont cancel the booking, so we will not be able to write a review, in the end the last night we cancelled and he let us in. ( We have talked to booking and asked to allow us to write a review ).Also, we had a visitor(my younger sister) that is living also in Austria but another city, the first second she entered the apartment he called us and told to remove her from apartment. Also, he charged us 100 more for this visitor. He said if we dont pay he will not let us inside the apartment and dont give money back for the rest days that we have payed.On booking.com he have property policy that is different from property policy that he have in his apartment.He never mentioned that you should pay any kind of fee in cases like this with the visitors. We even announced about my sister before she stayed with us because it was an emergency situation and she couldnt travel back to her place.To sum all, this was the worst experience we have had since me and my boyfriend travel together.

  : There was an extremely unfriendly owner , who was very rude and mean. He was speaking to us in a very very impolite way, which left a mark in a whole stay of us. As soon as he met us he started to yell and complain about bad clients that he had, then he was rude also to us, then when Ive asked about deposit - he told me : and what do you think I will let you live in a half a million apartment , so that you destroy something and go? No way. And that was our 5 min in an apartment, after there was much more of such sayings. In the room when we arrived there was no towels, and then he brought them to us , but the way he spoke to us was a disaster again. In the room was extremely cold, like the wind was coming from all over , I guess its because its an old building. We were just watching a movie in the bed , not loud, no laughing, no screaming, just watching a movie - regular volume, but the neighbours complained , as again its an old building and we could have heard each other literally going to a toilet with the neighbours. The apartment doesnt cost its money at all. No one ever in any place spoke to me that way.

  : The location is excellent as its a relatively short walk into the centre. Perfect for a city break to Vinenna. The apt is a good size and very clean - one main bedroom and a 2nd bedroom with two single beds. Great bathroom - with a seperate shower, bath and two sinks. The living room is big and comfortable with a TV (we didnt actually use it as we were out a lot). The host met us from the local train when we arrived which was really helpful and let us in and showed the facilites in the apt and also mentioned a couple of restaurants nearby (we did visit one on the evening we arrived and great pizzeria!).
  : The apt is fine - maybe lacks a little decor? But thats a very small thing. We were a little late organising ourselves to check out when the host arrived 10 mins after the formal check out time. We did apologies of course and were ready to dept within 20 mins or so later. However rather then standing outside the apt he choose to remain in the hall which was somewhat unerving. Would have been better if he has remained outisde to allow us some privacy.
