  : - The 2nd apartment we got as an exchange for the first (dreadful one) in the same building was very nice, clean and we would recommend it... - If you book with this host, make sure you know which apartment you are booking! - Despite the troubles and unclear and looooong messiging, the host was always polite.
  : Our 1st apartment (before we got a replacement/new apartment) was a disaster: - stinky apartment (ingrained cigarette smell in furniture, bed, carpet) - folding sofa (that was supposed to be for 2 people) was c. 120 x 120 cm and was broken and absolutely unusable for two adults - overall somehow dirty/unpleasant We did not feel comfortable with the payment (done through a weird 3rd party) 6th floor with a broken lift :(... Paid parking is quite far (1,2 km) The host marked the booking as cancelled on booking.com (in our opinion in order not to receive the review)

  : - Good communication, except not so good explanation about the fifth floor of our apartment. It was actually 2.5th floor with the courtyard view. - Refurbished apartment in the old building. - Key arrangement is cleverly executed. - Kitchen is well equipped, even too much. :) - There is a big wardrobe and the drawer in the bedroom.
  : -We did not feel comfortable with the payment through a 3rd party in Germany. If Booking allows this, we should have been informed. - Toilet is separated from the bathroom. - Our issue with the apartment was a lack of surfaces, in the bathroom and in the kitchen, even in the living room (although the round table can be opened). - Low position of the aspirator in the kitchen and a water heater in the bathroom, so, I hit my head few times. - There was no "Folder for guests, with check-in-form and Netflix password", so we were not able to watch TV at all. We concluded that there were no regular TV channels, either, No big deal for us, but some people might find it problematic. - Elevator is available only if the backyard with bicycles is open. No big deal. - The bed is embedded (sic!), so, you have to crawl out of it. We knew that, so it is ok, but bedroom is large enough and, maybe, it could be rearranged. Some people need nightstands. Considering that most of our dislikes are not so important and that we spent most of our time outside, we are going to give it an 8.

  : + good location near city center (2mins to tram station)+ contactless and easy check-in
  : - I did not trust the payment method via 3rd party website (it should be mentioned before) and I had to ask for bank transfer payment- TV was connected to the device which was crashing every time we launch Netflix or other apps on it - so it means we did not have access to TV at all- view from the window made me feel I'm in post-apocalyptic world
