  : Room was hot especially upstairs, no one serviced our room on the Saturday, bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable.

  : Breakfast was included in our stay and was fantastic. The size of the room was great and well supported with drinking glasses but fridge was small so watch out if you plan to have drinks and things to make sandwiches, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Got us set up for taxi service to the Salt Mine and helped by brother's family get reconnected with forgotten passports!
  : AC was non-operational the first night. Apparently, our room had AC systems in both rooms that were not working and our room was above the laundry room for the hotel. So, a bad combination of a hot day, no AC, heat from the laundry room and also the location in the hotel (overlooked a small courtyard so no breeze) made our room horribly uncomfortable. We couldn't get the thermostat get below 27 deg Celsius (81 deg F) and even the carpet felt hot! There was nothing they could do the first night, but the second day we had maintenance come and they finally got the room down to 22 deg Celsius, which is 72 deg F. The staff was very understanding in our disappointment and if it wasn't for the temperature issues in the room, I would have given this hotel a 9.0.

  : Parking far away and inconvenient.Elevator didn’t go to our floor and only worked about 20% of the time. We stayed across the street in Residenz area. Not really like a hotel.

  : The location is excellent, just 5 mins to the old town and 2 mins from bus stop and shops etc. Some of the staff are exceptionally nice (Elizabeth and Charles). The breakfast is great with a really good spread and also fried eggs/smoothies on request. Could not fault anything.
  : The bed - we asked for a double bed, and it seems most double beds are actually 2 singles joined together which can be uncomfortable due to the wedge in between. Also - we felt a couple of staff came across abrupt/rude on occasion.
