  : The concierge, René, was a delight and very kindly let us eat our takeaway dinner in their dining room and sat and told us a lot about the history of the hotel. The hotel was very centrally situated, and everything was within easy walking distance. The bed and the room were very comfortable.

  : The hotel lobby is gorgeous, and there are many "touches" to make it feel luxurious (old fashioned keys, crystal chandeliers, mini fridge stocked with tons of *charged* snacks and alcohol). The bathrooms were nice too and the location was perfect - just two blocks away from Mirabell Palace!
  : The rooms are very very small. There was barely enough space to open one bag on the floor, let alone two for two travelers. We came with a family and rented the 2 bedroom suite which was really just two teeny rooms connected by a door - not really a "quadruple suite" as expected with shared living space. We also had an infant with us and there was absolutely no space for his cot/pack-and-play in the room. There was also no A/C on an 85 degree day and we were absolutely covered in sweat all night - even our baby was sweating. The minifridge was VERY small and completely filled with alcohol and useless snacks - there was zero space for anything we needed to refrigerate or freeze.Lastly the beds were hard and very uncomfortable.

  : This was in a great location! Super close to the train station, markets, and good restaurants. It only took about 20 minutes to walk to the furthest part of town. The staff were extremely nice and helpful.
  : I would’ve appreciated some shampoo, but that is just a minor detail in the grand scheme of the hotel!

  : Central location. Easy walk into old town, restaurants and cafe in close proximity. You could open windows for fresh air. Wonderful friendly and helpful front desk staff. Short taxi trip to train station. Tour buses are 2 blocks away.
