  : Room was clean and modern. Hotels location is very good, only 15 min with tram to the center of Graz. Bed was very comfortable! I would like to praise receptionist Ms. Mateja, very kind, professional and wiling to help whenever we had some request. Big thanks to her!

  : The room was spacious. Staff were pleasant and friendly. They let me leave my suitcase there for some hours after check-out. There was no kettle in the room (bad) but the bar gave me hot water at the bar (good) Supermarkets very nearby.
  : Totally my fault for not checking but this is not really suited for travellers by train. It's a long way from the station and from the town. It would be fine for drivers. There is a tram into town but I generally prefer to walk (an eccentricity). To get into the town by foot is 30 min plus along a busy road and no pleasant scenery, or you cut through a waste recycling district to walk along the river. It's a sorry sight how much plastic and used clothes they are processing and bundling there. (As a species, we should all have to see it, and be ashamed every time we buy single-use plastic). Sorry for digression. ANYWAY when I arrived at the hotel, there was NO WATER. I couldn't shower. Staff apologised and said people were working on it. A one off event, I suppose, but very inconvenient. I was even told to only use the toilets in the lobby. It was fixed by the evening. BUT the next morning before 8 am I was woken by hammering somewhere in the building for about 15 minutes, which I can only assume was the workmen doing a few checks. So my plan to sleep in was not possible. Frankly, it was the closest I ever came to asking for a partial refund. TBF I doubt other travellers will have such a bad experience.

  : Comfortable and clean room, large parking space next to the building for free, good breakfast, very good location - right next to the tram stop.

  : Everything nice and clean, helpful staff.
  : We were expecting a room with a double bed and one single bed. In fact there were 2 single beds and a kind of bunk bed over the single beds. The room was very small for 3 people.
