  : I was in Sarande for a four-day vacation, where I stayed three nights at the Vila Duraku. Perfect location near the pedestrian street, bars and markets, in a very convenient location, spacious and tidy room, comfortable bed.
  : The comfort and pleasure of staying in the hotel was spoiled by the complete lack of room cleaning service and customer care. My room was never cleaned during my 3 night stay, although I pointed it out to reception on the second day. The service entered the room only to change the towels, neither the shampoo or soap dispensers were renewed. The floor, toilet or balcony were not cleaned, an offensive negligence in respect for the hotel's customers. There was no sign in the room to request or refuse the cleaning of the room. a set of glasses or a bottle of water was also missing. the shower cabin was filling with water as the faucet was blocked. The minibar (fridge) was empty and did not work except when you were inside the room with the card inserted.

  : The location is great. Property is lovely. Beautiful large clean pool. Grounds are lovely and well maintained. private parking in front of hotel.
  : Needs serious help with front staff and service (excludes kitchen staff and cleaning). Long periods of time during the day when there was NO staff available in office. even tried telephoning hoping someone would pick up from another location in hotel - no answer. passport and other id's were in an open drawer in office with a key in it, but unlocked - no staff available to watch it and no locked drawer to protect passports. Pool is beautiful - but they provide no pool towels- told to bring our own or take them out of the room. Parking is there - but need to leave car and go to office to get a key to unlock barrier on parking spot - with no staff in office much of time - this becomes a problem. Internet is terrible. When I asked if someone could help me carry a bag from car up to hotel, it was clear this was an unwelcome request- I carried bags myself. these are examples that can easily be fixed to improve the stay.
