  : The position is good and the view from the balcony is incredible, right in front of the sunset behind Sarande. The city center is 10 minutes away by walk and restaurants, bars, shops and beach places are walking distance. the apartment is spacious and the presence of washing and dish machine is a plus.
  : The absence of parking could be a problem during high season due to lack of free parking spots. 10 euro is required to park on private facilities nearby. The entrance from the garage is dark and dirty but it is convenient. Some details can be improved, especially in the bathroom.

  : The view on the sea and the spaciousness of the apartment. The balcony was quite luxury!
  : It could be cleaner (the towels, the floor and the kitchen) and the bed was quite uncomfortable because of the noise it made everytime you move.

  : The approch of the owner, is not so easy to be found. He came late to meet us, after several call from a really nice lady.The misleading information that you can Park free on the street. Actually all the street parking are hold my Sone guys for which this is their bussines. They are staying on the street all they long in the same position. Is very easy for them to watch all your activity, not so comfortable I will say.Also the cleaning have a lot of room for improvement.The sponge was used and find some hair in the draw with the spoons.The towels was on balcony placed for dry, were wet and also the sheets really used.A lot of garabe when you are entering the building but this think is also all over the city.

  : The apartment is spacious, bright and nicely decorated, it has a very homely feel to it which was really nice. The balcony is a good sized balcony, with an absolutely stunning view over the Sarande coast line, especially in the evening with some beautiful photography opportunities of the sea and Sarande all shining brightly in the evening. The bathroom was a good size, shower was really refreshing and you have a washing machine in the bathroom also, which came in very handy. The kitchen comes with all amenities one would expect from an apartment (coffee machine, cooker/over, pots, utensils, mugs, glasses etc...) The staff were friendly through chat via booking.com and when we met them in person.
  : Finding the location was quite tiresome, Google maps will direct you up the street from where the apartments actually are, there are no signs to state where Catherina apartments might be, we had to message the owner who then very kindly came to meet us and show us the apartment. The Location is well placed for views, however as it's also on a resort strip and close to a nightclub, the street can get very loud in the evening. Maybe not great if you are a early to bed and light sleeper. The bed in the apartment was one of the things that really let it down, it's a very very hard bed and really creaky every time you turned. However this might be a selling point to some though. Though the Kitchen has all the amenities you would expect, you will have to purchase your own coffee, tea, milk, bottled water etc...

  : beautiful view exactly like in description. good location, 20 min far from the port (by walk). the apartment was clean and cosy. it wasnt hot, we used conditioner only before going to bed. there are several shops nearby. 3 min to the closest beach which costs 500ALL per day. big balcony. kitchen equipment
  : besides having a dishwasher there were no tablets so we didnt use it. no dishwasher liquid (there was a one mixed with water), so we bought a new one. no coffee, no tea, no sugar. its inconvenient to buy such things during your vacation. no trash bags, no additional toilet paper (1 is not enough). the street is quite noisy and its difficult to sleep, I used ear plugs. no way to open a window in the night because of the noise. sanitary needs to be refreshed.
