  : Location was good and the rooms on the ground floor had direct access to the pool
  : Cleanliness standards were low. Rooms were not very clean, the pool was dirty as if there is no water filter. We had a major issue when we checked in as the rooms we asked for and were confirmed earlier by the hotel were not available. We had to stay the first night in different floors which was not convenient since we are a family with kids. I would understand that issues might happen but the hotel manager was so careless, we called him on the phone since he was not in the hotel. he did not bother to say sorry or to offer any alternative option. We had to stay in the available rooms since it is high season and we cant find any other rooms in the city. The manager promised us to call the next day when he comes to the hotel but he never bothers to call or do anything. Breakfast was very limited considering the amount we paid for the rooms.In general, I would understand such low standards and service when you are paying peanuts but paying around 240 euro per room per night in Saranda is a big amount and you would expect much more to be offers

  : The view you get for the price is incredible. The staff is very helpful, hotel coctails very tasty and the food is highly recommended at the hotel restaurant.
  : Hair dryer in the room wasnt working, hotel didnt have beach towels all days.

  : The pool area is absolutely beautiful, could not fault the setting if you just want to lounge by the pool, which we did. We got a room on the top floor which had the most incredible views (south facing). The staff were very helpful and you didnt have to pay for towels or sun loungers which is a big plus for this area. Loved the breakfast, loads of variety and stuffed ourselves from it every morning. Would come back definitely!
  : Just a few observations (they didnt take away from our stay and would still come back in a heartbeat).1. Better coffee options at breakfast would be great, as the instant coffee they used was not good, but we are espresso and fussy coffee drinkers so thats just us. 2. Restaurant is expensive and we didnt eat here at all for lunch or dinner but I think thats just the norm for south Sarand.3. Bottled water in the room would have been nice.
