  : Location is good, but to get down to the beach - road is terrible to drive .
  : Location of the property is ok but the room we had was terrible. No air conditioner, no windows. Just a fan. One door to the yard with staff toilet next to it and fence . Behind the fence were animals . Overall very basic and unpleasant room . Asked to swap it for room with aircon but was fully booked. Only booked this place because the place we book in advance cancelled our stay in last minute due to electrical problems.

  : Great place on top of the hill, great view. The host is very friendly and will do anything to male your stay as pleasant as possible.

  : The view was great, a perfect spot for amazing sunsets. The hotel is away from Ksamil busy streets and has a convenient restaurant to have dinners with a seaview. The owner is more than just an owner and it will go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and welcome.

  : Location is not on the beach.It is located atop a short but strenuous hill. Still worth it as the beach is beautiful with good opportunities for snorkeling and there's a restaurant. The beach is fairly clean with only moderate amount of thrash.
  : Low budget with decent value for money. Though there are some hiccups which could have made our stay that much better. The room was on ground floor which limited the stunning view of the bay.The room is dimly lit with only a loft lamp and no bedside lamps. The mosquito net was ripped. In the bathroom was long black hair in the drain. The kitchen was there but without utensils. The madras was a bit damp and smelled faintly musky. Also the madras was fairly hard though we've had worse. The WiFi was unstable and often times unusable.

  : Thank you Klevis for the stay, we had an amazing time. The location is great, stunning sea view from the restaurant. The food is also really good and Klevis is such a nice guy, he was very helpful throughout the whole stay
