  : If you don't like the hustle and the bustle of Ksamil staying here is a great option as it has two nice beaches close by, altough one of them is almost complety privatised.
  : We had the room with seaview which cost more and the other accomodations seemed to have almost the same view so i dont think paying more is worth it as the view is alsmost the same. Also the terrace is not facing the sea but the hill with lots of ugly buildings, altough that is unfortunately just the result of growing tourism. The sea is on the left side visible. The apartment smelled... weird, and it didn't dissapear for two days.When checking out we were met with a simple 'okay' not asking if we enjoyed our time or if everything was as expected, very transactional. So we didn't have the experience of the hospitality described in other reviews.

  : The bar on the site had the most amazing view and sunset I think I have ever witnessed. It's vibe super relaxed and you can grab your own beers from the fridge, sit back and take in the view which I really liked. I also like the self catering aspect. The hosts were also really helpful and organized a taxi for us then that new the property well so that made getting around much easier, especially when visiting Ksamil.
  : The location was a little bit rural for my liking and the accurate address and phone number of the property was not readily available so myself and the taxi driver were very confused when trying to find it. More clear directions and a clear address would be really helpful, and to be given a phone number in advance just in case. I had no mobile data being outside of the EU so it was a little stressful!

  : Location was amazing with a little table out front with incredible sea views! You can walk 20 minutes down to a beautiful beach from there which is perfect for watching sunset!
  : The kitchen facilities were a little sparse and you would struggle to cook much there due to lack of cutlery, pots and pans etc.

  : Being on the side of the hill access limited without a car. Newly fitted bathroom seem to have a problem with the drains - lingering smell at times with no extractor.

  : - peaceful place with nice view from the top of the hill (there are tables outside the studios where you can sit and enjoy the view). Good if you are looking for a quite and isolated place - clean and ac working properly - two beaches walking distance (15 minutes)
  : - very difficult to find the place (coming from Sarande towards ksamil, just take the right at the bus stop with the yellow sign and go uphills) and very narrow road - no bath gel, remember to bring yours- no clear instructions or information from the host on what to visit and where to find the beaches - far from the center (you need a car to go) and no lights on the road at night. Therefore, we had to come back before sunset- many mosquitoes so we could not sit outside at night and enjoy. Just bring your mosquito repellent.

  : The location was fantastic. Incredible views, walking distance to 3 beautiful secluded beaches and close to the centre of Ksamil but out of town so was quiet and peaceful. Every morning the host would bring us fresh milk from the farm and Jam which was a lovely touch. When we arrived she also gave us a free raki and a coffee each too. One of the nights was cold so she also provided extra Blankets.
  : Kitchen was very basic. There were no kitchen utensils to cook with and not alot of cutlery. I had to ask for a spatula to fry eggs with. Also the check out time was very early so be warned! It is between 8-9am which caught us out and the people who were staying next door so we had to quickly get up and frantically pack. We also didn't have any hot water for one of the days but when I told the host she managed to sort it out so that was good. The showers were very good and hot (when working).

  : Great panoramic view. Hosts very nice and pleasant.
  : No proper shower cabin, you splash water all over the bathroom which is a nuisance if you go there by bare foot another time.In one apartment there was no hot water.During the night it was cold and no blankets provided to put on.It was ok for 1 night stay, But nothing else
