  : the beds were very comfy and rooms were very clean
  : No key cards available (due to computer problems) so had to wait to be taken to our rooms by staff individually, this took a long time each time we wanted to go to our room. This was bad enough but we also got stuck in a lift with a member of staff for 15 minutes, the lift stopped between floors, the staff member was panicking and my wife and I had to calm him down. Eventually the lift restarted and we got to our floor, this lift was out of order for the remainder of our stay making the wait to be escorted to our rooms even longer. Breakfast is usually very good at Hampton by Hilton hotels which is one of the reasons we choose them, however not so good on this occasion. There was no bacon or sausage available on the first morning for breakfast, the second morning they were very short staffed and tables were left uncleared and when asked to be cleaned we were told they were understaffed and couldn't do it! There were no forks available and we were in the queue for scrambled eggs when the empty bowl was taken away and the waitress said "no more will be coming out" there was over an hour left till the end of breakfast! I have stayed in many Hampton by Hilton hotels and this will not put me off as usually they are very good. Just an unlucky weekend I hope.

  : When we checked in the room wasn’t made up for 3 guests as we had booked , it was only prepared for 2 guests, 1 double bed, towels for 2 and tea facilities for 2. .
