  : you can't fault the location, it is central to shops, restaurants etc
  : on entering the property ,the entrance had leaves inside the front door. The beds had not been made and looked like someone had just got out of bed. The crockery and glasses were dirty, the freezer drawers were filthy.The carpet hadn't been cleaned. We called the company and they sent a cleaner over immediately. The cleaner spent over 1 1/2 hours making the beds cleaning the accommodation and the crockery and freezer compartments. Next morning my wife was having breakfast, when the curtain pole fell and caught her on her head. After several telephone conversations the accommodation gave us 30 compensation. The only luxury that was in the accommodation was hot running water. never again.

  : Location couldnt have been any better! Right in the center. Large and roomy. Comfortable with all the amenities. Nice kitchen and living room. Comfortable bedrooms and beds

Disappointing

  : The bathrooms and kitchen units have been recently renovated even though the on suite shower is electric there was no water plumbed to it so wasnt working and the hot and cold tap in the bathroom is the wrong way around???.
  : Although it was a no smoking apartment there was a strong smell of stale cigarettes on the living room furniture and carpet and there was cigarette burns on the carpet it was disgusting and we didnt sit down or eat at the apartment. Also theres a night club next to the apartments which we didnt know about. The king sized bed was two single beds put together which was not comfortable. Lastly there was work going on in the building which we were not told about and the workers were in from 8.30 am to 6pm drilling and hammering on Saturday and again from 9am on Sunday. The lock on the apartment door entrance inside was not very secure and difficult to lock.

  : The apartment was close to most amenities in the town centre making it ideal to travel from. It was spacious and appropriate for our 2-week business travel with most of the necessary items included. Towels, handwash, dishsoap, ice tray, oven mittens, cutlery, pots and pans, plates and bowls, iron with ironing board, vacuum, and new bin bag were included. Two bathrooms made the stay more convenient. The neighbours were also friendly and willing to help. The contact were also helpful at any time of the day and sent us our invoice very quickly upon request.
  : The apartment is next to a nightclub, which we were unaware of at the time of booking. The nightclub is open on some weekdays which made getting good sleep harder for those days of work. We also had to buy a small number of necessities such as kitchen roll and laundry detergent (would advise checking what's there in the apartment before buying any essentials). But these were all minor things.
