: Jordan was readily available for any advice or concerns. Grand Suite may be a little overstating but a very comfortable, modern, 2 bedroomed flat. Very close to all amenities. Beds very comfortable and linen good quality, slept very well.
: Some basic cleanliness issues, ie cutley and utensils not clean, kitchen bin was not emptied and cleaned before our arrival.

: Everything was there as described and the flat was very pleasant and comfortable. The Wifi worked well and the kitchen had a good selection of utensils/pots and pans to cook. Although very near the railway station it was quiet at night. A short walk to the town centre. Aldi just across the road
: I had a lot of trouble finding the correct car park. It is actually not on Broad Gauge Way as stated but behind the flats near the tunnel to the railway bridge. The allocated space for the car is some distance from the flat and lugging luggage from the car to the flat is tiring. The map with arrows doesn't really help when you first arrive and are tired and just want to get to the flat. The locked key box was accessible but quite fiddly. Also - a £250 deposit taken for cleaning?! As paying premium price for this flat this was totally unnecessary.

: Well located and excellent facilities, free parking is a huge bonus as it’s a central location
: The block of flats is quite a residential area mainly seems to be families, but this wasn’t a huge issue other than a little noise from kids

: Clean, fresh, good facilities, Aldi just down stairs and just a short walk to train station and town Centre. The property decor was also very pleasant.
