  : Sabrina, Nate and Hannah are very welcoming. We had the best bangers and mash in the restaurant and breakfast is very good.
  : The bathrooms upstairs are to be upgraded and I believe this is in hand.

  : Looking tired and appearance is dated. Food looked expensive for the establishment but to be fair we were too late checking in to try it.

  : Flight delayed arriving very late at hotel called hotel, spoke with lady who went that extra mile to make sure key was in a safe place ready for us when we finally got to hotel. Definitely stay again .

  : The manager was a wonderful help! She was quick to provide personal assistance and answer questions. The food was also excellent and the property is within easy access to the bus and train. There was a bottle for water in the room and plenty of blankets and towels. Very quiet location with quick access to a supermarket. Loved the smart tv, and the wifi worked well in the central part of the building. Check in and check out were very easy, and patrons were friendly.
  : I wish there could have been screens on the windows so when I opened them to get air when it was hot it would feel a bit safer and not let bugs in. I didnt mind the noise of the restaurant next door, but there was one night where things were loud well into the evening. It was difficult to get assistance until I found the manager directly, as my phone couldnt call the hotel phone and there wasnt a phone in the room.
