  : Complicated lighting system, high kitchen cupboards difficult to open. No tea towels provided and dishwasher didnt clean dishes very well

  : Great location and its well appointed. Free parking was a plus. Nice space for the family to hang out along with a kitchen balcony. Bathrooms are clean. Walkable to restaurants and Windsor Castle. Comfortable beds. Online Pictures were pretty close to how the property looks.
  : Lights and exhaust fan in one of the bathrooms were not working. Emailed Jeremy but didnt hear back. Pillows could use some updating. It was not mentioned in the property details that the Apt is on the 2nd floor. My mother in law is 80+ yrs and had a bit of a hard time climbing up the stairs.
