  : made a mistake booking for the family and didnt pay attention to the rules for children and toddlers, I wanted to cancel.. however, When the host doubts the guest intentions, thats when a traveller should decide not to consider the place.

  : I was travelling with 2 Friends one was disabled and before booking I was trying to contact the hotel management to enquire what floor the rooms were. I called the land line number provided on bookings.com however there no facility to speak to any one or leave a message (call made around 8pm). Therefore I decided to book to check out the room and floor. Having received the booking confirmation with details and visited the room (on the second floor) I contacted Michele to explain my friends situation to either obtain a room on the ground or first floor or if not possible request a refund and find another room elsewhere. Michele was nice and she agreed that based on our special circumstances she will approve the refund if bookings.com send her an email to approve. Unfortunately, despite a few calls to both bookings.com and Michelle, I discovered that Michelle changed her mind and did not keep her word for a refund. So almost after a month I have not heard back from either bookings.com nor Michelle and unfortunately have not received the refund which she principally agreed despite a non refundable booking. I haven't answered anything else above as I did not stay at the hotel to be able to provide my fair comments. I would recommend the owners not to commit to something they cant keep their word for and giving false hope to guests in the future.
