  : Well appointed hotel, welcoming bar and lounge area. Good quality food in the restaurant and relaxed, competent service. Rooms were a good size, clean and quiet.

  : It was like staying in a motorway services hotel,cars parked right outside our window,noisy car park with coaches & taxis,the pool was freezing cold, in fact was being top up via a hose pipe with cold water during our swim.despite being upgraded the room was tired with fraying carpet, shower grimy ,horrible dank 20s style decor with no warmth or true style.the sort of outside area was different to the photos shown.We was looking forward to a great breakfast as so many good reviews but in fact was the worst Iv ever had by a long way and completely different from website pictures , the plates provided were actual side plates ( great for toast ) we asked for dinner plates but were still given another side plate! it was cold ,overcooked ,tasteless,hard fried eggs piled on top of each other,very limited continental just horrible and to add insult to injury I was charged £4 for a latte as the coffee provided is pre-made in a giant urn like a burger van! Considering we paid around £37 for inedible food or a half decent coffee it’s daylight robbery.at least give grown adults a grown up dinner plate as it was very sad to see grown adults attempting to eat a breakfast on a toast plate like children.

  : The room was very modern & clean with a good shower. All staff were exceptionally helpful & friendly. We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was very good (exceeded expectation) with excellent service.
  : Breakfast was poor as is not uncommon in hotels where everything is precooked. The coffee was undrinkable! However the manager dealt with the complaint extremely well & having realised that this had spoilt my breakfast did not charge.
