  : The owners had equipped the house with everything you might need, even down to bbq and buckets & spades in the shed, and extension leads with both standard and USB sockets in all the rooms.Pretty, quaint, warm, cosy, comfortable, sea views and in the heart of Whitby.
  : Parking in Whitby!Twin room window couldn't open for airflow. (This is minor!)

  : The worst thing was collecting the keys - actually identifying the property took ages - a name on the house would have help - a couple of people nearby commented that everyone seemed to have the same problem on arrival and funnily enough a couple arrived and tried to enter the property as my daughter was in alone and they couldn't find their property either! Plus not even a welcome note just nothing - most properties we visit theres a welcome of some kind but not even a note here - last three it was cake, then wine, then little hot chocolate things

  : Property was clean and cosy well equipped with a great shower in great location for exploring whitby

  : Location was fab. The cottage itself was really clean and tidy. Beds were comfy. Nice and spacious.
  : Only a couple of minor things. The boiler wasnt working when we arrived but within 30 mins of ringing the host a plumber had come and fixed it. And the bannister up to the top floor was slightly loose on the wall. But all very minor.

  : FYI the upstairs bannister is loose from the wall which may be a safety hazard otherwise everything else was great!
