  : Location was excellent.
  : Unclear on property type from advertisement. Stairs were very steep and a problem at times for moderately disabled guests.

  : Good location in one of the most characterful streets in Whitby.
  : Single glass windows, so you hear all the sounds outside in the night and in the early morning; from people speaking on the street to early morning delivery vans. Parking with the included parking permit is not close to the apartment and often no space.

  : Good location to town centre. Period features. Not a property for anyone with mobility issues though.
  : Property was very noisy and needs secondary glazing. Parking is also an issue and expensive. Was provided with a permit but after Id paid for parking!

  : The location was brilliant, walk out straight into the heart of it all! Quirky, warm and cosy. Beds were so soft and comfy, lovely bedding. Liked 2 bathrooms, plenty of space for a family, had everything you needed including a travel cot for babies - something it stated it didnt have. Loved that it had a washing machine.
  : Assessibilty. The steap stairs on the way in, its advertised online as suitable for under 5's. We didnt find this the case, no pram access. Extremely noisy, unfortunately this cant be helped as it's the location, which was a pro and a con. Single pane windows which possibly again cant be helped meant every noise outside was heard, hard with babies or small children. Very late for check in and early check out, and no options to change no ideal.
